Sifu Abeyta is offering a 4 hour (with lunch break) beginning TaiChi and Health workshop . Location is 912 N. Florida in Alamogordo. Dress comfortably and bring a water. Any ability can attend. This will count as a pre-requisite for new prospective students.

These 4 hours will introduce one to the most basic aspects necessary to properly learn the Internal Art of Tai Chi.
Even if one never studies this art, the classes will show you how to breath correctly, calm the mind, reduce stress & gather life force or QI.
