Beginners Tai Chi Group Class: Wednesdays at 6 pm at Desert Moon Holistic Center – 1201 N. Mesa St., El Paso

Private Lessons with Ray: Cost $40/hour, up to 4 people
New: 30 minute Qigong Zoom with Ray, $5.00 per session
(Fun, easy and good for all. Can be done seated, standing, or if bedridden No experience necessary)
