FAQs

If I attend your classes, do I have to rent any equipment?

No, we supply anything you would need to attend. We do have some items available to you to purchase if you want to, like MELT equipment or TaiChi, Qigong and MELT DVDs, but that is optional.

Is there a dress code for your classes?

No, you dress in whatever is comfortable to you. Note that for MELT you dress in flexible but rather snug clothing, nothing too wide or flowing tops, no hoodies.

Can I buy a monthly pass for all classes?

We are not set up for passes that allow you to attend all different classes at this time.

Do I need a Dr.s permission to attend your classes?

It is always suggested to inquire with your physician before starting any new exercise program.

Do you offer CEUs for attending your classes?

We will have special workshops that run one to two months in collaboration with NSMU that will let you earn CEUs after successful completion.

Are your instructors insured and certified to teach their respective modalities?

Yes.
