We teach Yang Style TaiChi 108 Long Form.

Our current classes are group classes with a suggested donation of $10.00 per person.

Dress comfortably with soft shoes.

Mondays 10 – 11am Qigong  + TaiChi + MELT method class



Class 1: Qigong and strengthening


This will include our Kaimen Gong Warmup exercises followed by qigong only. We will practice the same qigong sequences for 4 to 6 weeks and then go on to a different qigong sequence. The warmup will stay the same.

The Qigongs are easy to follow along and require no previous knowledge and it is not necessary to remember postures.

Class 2: TaiChi principles and 108 Yang form.


We will start out with a shortened and slightly faster Kaimen warmup.

This class will focus on learning the Yang long form and will also include 2 person push hands exercises along with learning the basic principles of TaiChi.

It is for students who will be able to stand for 1 hour and who are interested in learning the form for home practice.

Each class will examine one or two postures in depth with lots of repetition and variations.

We will spend about 4 to 6 weeks on each of the 3 parts of the long form, ending each class with a follow-along run through of the entire part of the form learned so far.

Participants of this class will profit the most if they are able to do some home practice between classes.
